As one of our largest employers, I receive the most questions about what is required for this fairly comprehensive insurance plan. Also, people are very convinced that they require a prescription for chiropractic care, which luckily you do not!
Below the services at our clinic.
Chiropractic Care: Covered without referral for 80% of $500.
Massage Therapy: 80% of 300, does require physician referral.
Naturopathic Medicine: 80% of 300, no referral needed.
Customer Orthotics: Once per calendar year, with physician or podiatrist prescription.
